About the Cargo and Shipment Requirement

Our company has established strong partnerships with major juice distributors in Africa. As the largest import traders in the African region with the most extensive sales network, they transform the frozen juice concentrates imported from China into various jam products for domestic sales through advanced processing techniques. then put on sales across African countries. In accordance with their specific requirements, fresh fruits sourced from China undergo a series of processing procedure, including washing, peeling, pitting, sorting, and thorough extracting, and then encapsulated in barrels. Fresh juice is heated during the extraction process and immediately sealed after extraction. Quick freezing then is conducted at a deep-freeze temperature of -18°C to preserve the freshness of the fruit. It is important to note that tight sealing must be maintained during the extraction and encapsulation processes. Once exposed to oxygen in the air, the juice will oxidise and color-change instantly occurs, resulting in poor taste and significantly impacting the sales. Additionally, deep freezing is crucial, as it ensures the original freshness and excellent taste of the products.

1)  Taking all requirements into serious consideration and after careful study and judgement of the shipment, we secured reefer spaces on the corresponding Hapag-Lloyd voyage to ensure timely delivery of the cargo at port of discharge;

2)  Through our special effort, we managed to use relatively new reefer containers with less than three years of age for this shipment to maximum ensure the freshness of the goods;

3)  To meet the strict requirement, we equipped Hapag-Lloyd's HL LIVE functionality on GPS tracking and temperature real-time monitoring, ensuring full control and real-time visibility throughout the shipment.
